SBT Japan is a company of scammers, please read this important information.
If one would tell me there is a Japanese company which disregards all ethics, is disrespectful and operates their business in violations of trading standard laws, I naturally wouldn't believe it, as I was always under impression that Japanese, in particular, are very respectful people and couldn't possibly run a business in such a shameful and disrespectful way.
I was very wrong. SBT Japan does exactly that. Outsourcing all work to their Pakistan Office, their sales people do not have neither ethics nor morals. They do not care about you as a customer and they will do their best to disrupt your life until you are totaly devastated.

As an unsuspecting victim, I have signed up to their SBTJAPAN.COM website, looking for a used export car from Japan.This was the beginning of this nightmare, which I now feel obliged to tell to the world to prevent any more people falling into this trap.
What started next is a never-ending spamming and cold-calling from their Pakistani office, from someone called Shahbaz Zain - a person who has absolutely no clue of ethics, professionalism and respect for the customer.

This Shahbaz has started to e-mail and call me day and night, several e-mails per day and up to 5 calls per day to my mobile. He could be calling at night, early morning - anytime. Absolutely disregarding salesman ethics and all business practices.
This annoyance made me very wary dealing with SBT Japan and I decided to do some further research.
I went to read about other Japanese car exporters and what customers say on the forums, and found out that any true respectable company must be a member of JUMVEA (the Japan Used Motor Vehicle Exporters Association). This is the organisation which oversees and controls Japan exporters industry to prevent fraudsters and scammers taking advantage of customers and using bad selling practices.
I went to check if SBT Japan is a member of JUMVEA and they were never to be found!
If a company is not a member of JUMVEA, it means there is something very wrong with this company!! If a Japanese car exporter has not received an approval from JUMVEA for exporting of the used motor vehicles, this only means that this exporter is not a reliable trading firm in Japan.
There are hundreds of accredited Japanese exporter firms, but SBT Japan is not one of them.
Then Shahbaz Zain has lied to me that SBT Japan is a member of JUMVEA, and he was 'surprised' that their company can not be found on official JUMVEA website.
He continued to bombard me with his e-mails and 'Daily stock lists'.
I asked him to please remove all my details and don't contact me again. He replied back (original text):

But that was only the beginning! I have started to receive up to 5 calls per day from their Japanese office number (in fact them calling from Pakistan) and asking me why I decided not to deal with them.
Firstly, I tried to politely explain that I have changed my mind importing a car (I decided to buy locally). But they couldn't be satisfied with this answer. They continued to press and insist that I buy from them. Holy God. How on Earth these stupid people can be so annoying?
When they were calling next, I tried to explain to them again, in all fuckingly clear English that they should NEVER CALL this number again. They continued to mumble something and I had to hang up.
Weeks since have passed and these idiots continue to call me every few days from their +81452909485 number. They call at 7am in the morning, they call during the day and in the evening.
This company will be out of business soon. Do not trust them with your custom or worse - with your money. There are hundreds of other respected professional car dealers in Japan. Go to JUMVEA website to find them.
